The 2017 Pennsylvania Banner Users Group conference will be held Sunday, November 19 thru Tuesday, November 21 at the Harrisburg/Hershey Holiday Inn Grantville, PA (Interstate 81, Exit 80).
Conference Registration and Check-In
General attendee registration ends November 10, 2017.
There will be two attendee registration periods for our 2017 conference.
- Regular registration: Monday October 2, 2017 – October 29, 2017 REGISTER NOW!
- Rate: $90.00 per day
- Late registration: October 30, 2017 – November 10, 2017
- Rate: $110.00 per day
Beat the check in lines on Monday morning by collecting your conference materials on Sunday from 5pm until 7pm in the Holiday Inn hotel lobby.
The PABUG Conference is held at the Harrisburg/Hershey Holiday Inn in Grantville PA (Interstate 81, Exit 80)- Map and Directions.
The Holiday Inn has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at approximately $94 per night. When booking your reservations online, enter the group code BUG on the reservation form.
A continental breakfast, lunch, and day long refreshments are provided. The Holiday Inn has prepared a combination of menu choices for lunch on Monday and Tuesday that should meet the dietary needs of most attendees. These choices include meat and fish options, however, if anyone has a specific dietary need please make note of such at time of registration.

Registration will be open from 5 – 7 pm.
Begin your 18th Annual PABUG Conference by attending our evening Technical BOF/Social from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Light food and refreshments will be served.
The Technical Track Birds of a Feather and Social will provide opportunity to connect with many technical resources from many different schools. Bring your topics and be ready to have healthy discussions with your colleagues about concerns within your institutions. Please plan to attend and “check” the Technical BOF option at time of registration.
Financial Aid BOF/Social**
The Financial Aid Track Birds of a Feather and Social will provide an opportunity to connect with many of your Financial Aid colleagues from many different schools. Bring your topics and be ready to have discussions about concerns within your institutions. As in prior years, a light meal will be served.
