Rider seeking HRIS Manager

Rider University’s Human Resources Department seeks a Manager, HRIS, to oversee Human Resources information including payroll data, demographics, and employee history, insuring data integrity and providing information from the databases as appropriate to campus constituencies and external clients. The position is also responsible for system extensions and subsystems such as tuition remission tracking and Affirmative Action/Adverse Impact reporting. Individual will also furnish first-line hardware and software support for desktop computer systems to Human Resources personnel and provide classroom and individual training/coaching for desktop and network-based software and procedures. On the University level, the HRIS Manager promotes Human Resources information needs with OIT and other campus organizations, and builds mutually beneficial liaisons with other campus constituencies.
