About the BOF Facilitators
Mark is in his 10th year at Duquesne University. Prior to this, he worked at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Among other things, Mark was part of the Duquesne team that worked to launch SSB9 Registration this past March. He is serving as the PABUG Track Lead for the Student track 20-21.
Keith is in his 5th year at Temple University. Among his various projects, he has been instrumental in the introduction of Banner 9 Student Self-Service (Fall 2018), Student Self-Service Registration (Summer 2019), and Faculty Self-Service (Fall 2019) while transitioning users away from Banner 8.
