On February 17th, from 1:00 – 1:45, join Matt Sessa, Executive Director of Student Registration and Financial Services at the University of Pennsylvania as he shares major system implementation lessons he has learned over the years using specific examples and how he has applied those lessons moving forward throughout his career.

About the Facilitator:
Matt is the Executive Director of Student Registration and Financial Services at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to being charged with implementing a one stop shop service delivery model, he is also an owner of the Next Generation Student Systems (NGSS) project. A major component of the NGSS project is to replace aging legacy systems for student records and financial aid with Banner modules. Prior to joining Penn, Matt was the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Federal Student Aid (FSA) at the United States Department of Education. Matt was involved with multiple systems implementation projects at FSA, including the creation of the enterprise data warehouse and analytics platform. Matt also held several executive leadership positions at PHEAA and was responsible for several large system implementation projects.
