Title: Algorithmic Budgeting in Banner

Join us as we review La Salle University’s migration from a series of manual processes for student budgeting into Banner’s Algorithmic Budgeting system/processes. Presenters Nicole Armezzani and Angela Reed will discuss the project logistics of the implementation and review how they use the system.

About Nicole and Angela

Angela Reed has more than 15 years’ experience as a database administrator and programmer/analyst with expertise in SQL and PL/SQL. She joined LaSalle University’s IT Department in August 2020 as the Enrollment Management/Financial Aid Systems Analyst. Prior to her career in IT, she spent 6 years working in financial aid as a counselor and as an assistant director. Angela holds a B.A. in Communications from Duquesne University, an Ed.M. from the University at Buffalo, an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Buffalo State College and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.

Nicole Armezzani has spent the duration of her career in various administrative roles in higher education – ranging from Advancement to Financial Aid to IR. Nicole has extensive systems management and data analytics experience with a focus on data integrity, training, and staff development. Nicole holds a B.A. in Political Science & English from Wilkes University, a M.S. in Human Resources from The University of Scranton, and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
