The Project Management Executive Director is a highly accountable and visible position and holds both leadership and management responsibilities. This position is responsible for leading and championing best practices for portfolio governance, program management, project management and business analysis for technology projects. This position is responsible for facilitating and managing the priority of the portfolio of technology projects as defined by College leadership and has overall responsibility for the management and leadership of project managers and business analysts. Key accountabilities include: continuous process improvement, adopting and aligning the work of the unit with project management best practices and improving the overall project portfolio management (PPM) maturity across the College.
