The Sr IT Business Systems Analyst supports the University’s efforts to maintain and enhance the core enterprise functions by applying technological and business practice solutions; acts as the functional expert in the IT systems used for one or more functional units (HR/Payroll) within the University which requires extensive knowledge in one or more modules of the University’s Enterprise Systems (eg. Banner);understands the relationship and integration between all University systems; provides overall management, direction, needs/requirement analysis, and report generation for internal and external clients; oversees and provides training of the functional aspects of the University’s Enterprise Systems for new users; acts as the lead functional liaison between the technical experts within CES and the clients they support; acts as the primary operational support for their clients; and takes project management leadership on specific projects and coordinate the project and the team.
