This position is serves as a liaison between users and the technical team responsible for providing information support for operational and project based needs for Development and Alumni Relations operations. The individual in this position is responsible for analyzing and coordinating user needs as they relate to information systems, guiding the development of functional requirements, communicating technical ideas to non-technical users, communicating functional requirements to the technical team, highlighting areas of improvement.


  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Three to five years related work experience
