This position is responsible for providing information support for operational and project-based needs for Development and Alumni Relations operations at the University. This includes utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) and T-SQL at an intermediate to advanced level to create and maintain reports, dashboards and CRM Advance UI. CRM Advance is a specialized CRM system built on top of Microsoft Dynamics to support development and alumni relations operations.
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Three to five years related work experience
