From Crisis to Opportunity: Optimizing Registrar Functions for Automation, Privacy, and Efficiency.

Temple University’s Office of the University Registrar realized that routine, cyclical processing activities were unsustainable and operations needed to be modernized. The initiative entailed transforming the Office operation from processing transactions to managing the process. To make this transformation happen, the Office adopted the people, process, and technology framework. Participants will learn how the Office planned for optimizing registrar functions and what technologies are used in day-to-day operations to make it all work.
