Who We Are: The mission of the Registrar’s office is to maintain the integrity of the Swarthmore degree. We manage enrollment and maintain the academic record for students. We provide transcripts to current and former students and produce the course schedule. We also oversee the catalog and provide administrative support to the Swarthmore Honors program.
The opportunity: Reporting to the Associate Registrar, the Assistant Registrar provides a broad arrange of support in the areas of project and data management, customer service and administrative and academic support for the Registrar’s Office, while meticulously observing office and College policies. Supports Registrar and Associate Registrar in the completion of ongoing work or projects. Major responsibilities include managing and producing the course schedule, providing support for course registration and, in consultation with others, overseeing the college catalog.
