The Pennsylvania Banner Users Group Invites you to join us for the 23rd annual PABUG Users Group Conference. You will have the opportunity to connect with 300 participants from colleges and universities across the state of Pennsylvania as well as a few contiguous states. Below please review information about the conference.
- Conference officially begins Sunday, November 24, 2024 with an evening reception at 7 pm. Sessions begin on Monday, November 25, 2024 and ends Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 4:00pm.
- The Conference Venue: Best Western Premier The Central Hotel and Conference Center, 800 E Park Dr, Harrisburg, PA 17111
- The conference is broken up into several tracks, each offered on different days. Technical is a larger track and is spread over the two days.
- Monday – Advancement, Analytics and Reporting, Human Resources, Finance, Portal, Technical and Leadership
- Tuesday – Student (admissions, registrar, housing), Accounts Receivable, Analytics & Reporting, Financial Aid, and Technical
Vendor/Partner Registration Information
- Bronze Tier: (Booth cost $1000.00) two staff attendees, one 50-minute presentation, post event participant list and mic time during breaks.
- Silver Tier offers: (Booth cost $1800.00) two staff attendees, two 50-minute presentation, post event participant list, social media and mobile app promotion and mic time during breaks.
- Gold Tier offers: (Both cost $2500) Premium table location, three staff attendees, pre event participant list, three 50-minute presentations, logo in event Power Points, social media and mobile app promotion, and mic time during breaks.
- Additional company representatives are welcomed, but must register as additional Exhibitor representative and pay $200.00.
- Additional opportunities for sponsorships during the conference will be offered to you after registration.
