The Pennsylvania Banner Users Group Invites you to join us for the 24rd annual PABUG Users Group Conference. You will have the opportunity to connect with 300 participants from colleges and universities across the state of Pennsylvania as well as a few contiguous states. Below please review information about the conference.
- Conference officially begins Sunday, November 16, 2025 with an evening reception at 7 pm. Sessions begin on Monday, November 17, 2025 and ends Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 4:00pm.
- The Conference Venue: Best Western Premier The Central Hotel and Conference Center, 800 E Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17111

Vendor/Partner Registration Information
Gold Tier
- Booth cost $2500 includes: premium table location, three staff attendees, pre event participant list, three 50-minute presentations, logo in event Power Points, social media and mobile app promotion, and mic time during breaks. PABUG advertised virtual event during 2026.
Silver Tier
- Booth cost $1800.00 includes: two staff attendees, two 50-minute presentation, post event participant list, social media and mobile app promotion and mic time during breaks.
All Tiers
- Additional company representatives are welcomed, but must register as additional Exhibitor representative and pay $200.00.
- Additional opportunities for sponsorships during the conference will be offered to you after registration.
